Construction Update 1/01/07

| The Victoria Country Club Construction Project continues to move forward on schedule. As of this writing, the following projects are in progress: |
- Men's Locker Room - This area is complete
- Kitchen - This area is complete
- New Offices - This area is complete
- Pool - This area is complete except we will now also be installing an awning fabric on the outside pool coverage area.
- Women's Locker Room - This area still has some small changes that will take place including adding a make-up counter and a large wall mirror. This area should be finally completed this month. The make-up counter work has begun as of 12/1/06.
- Founder's Rooms and Bathrooms - This area is complete except for the Founder’s Room recognition plates which are being worked on.
- New Bar – This area is complete.
- Golf Course – This area is complete except for the new golf course maintenance building which we expect to be delivered and installed this month. The demolition of the old building has already occurred.
- New Members Entry - This area is complete
- Ballroom/Front Foyer/Front Bathrooms – The Ballroom lights were incorrect so these have been re-ordered and should be here and installed by mid-January. The front lobby and front bathrooms are being completed at this very moment. The outside front awning is also being completed right now.
- Wine Cellar/Buffet Hallway – This area is complete.
- Grille – The construction on this area is in full force and we expect the room to be usable again by late January. There may be a delay in the new tables being installed as those are still being built but our hope is to still have this area completed by the end of the month.

The
last piece of the project to get started will be the front parking lot. This will be scheduled based on weather factors but will hopefully be completed in January or early February. The sign should be this month.
